9 months agoSo I got the small gizzard special, I ordered 2. Look at the picture ! I hadn’t even eaten out of it yet! They cheated the the hell out of me! How is that the special use to be $5.99 and they gave you SO Much more and now it’s $6.99 and they literally give you nothing!! I swear this looks like it someone else’s food that was ate out of !! Guess imma have to find a new spot unfortunately!! This was a damn snack !! Also those fries weren’t even cooked all the way!!

9 months agoOrdered a chicken burrito and an order of fries crispy with salt, pepper, and mild sauce. Got home my burrito was not cut and my fries were soft with no salt or pepper and mild sauce on Les than half. Damn which I could send a pic.

9 months agoI visited Red Snapper on July 16, 2025 at 5:00 PM. I paid for a 10 pcs chicken with fries combo, but only received a box with just the chicken — no fries at all. After waiting 30 minutes, I approached the counter politely, only to be yelled at and disrespected by the cashier (a woman with glasses). Even if the food is decent, there's no excuse for mistreating customers due to staff mistakes. I left with only the chicken and a terrible experience. I hope the owner sees this and decides to take action. Definitely not planning to visit again that place.

a year agoThis time I was disappointed with my food order. I ordered Catfish Nuggets and I don't know ow when they started chopping them up into almost less than bite size pieces. They were still good however.

a year agoThe service was horrible. They young people in there that should not have been. The one one who took my order act like he couldn't hear or understand, he was rude. The food wasn't good. He didn't put my extra large order of mild sauce in the bag. I told him about it and he went to the side and fixed a special sloppy cup of sauce with running down the sides. I looked at it didn't want. I had to throw in there garbage. They were issues with the card machine. He didn't say anything, he just threw my debit card in the window and left. So, I saw my card and got it. He was courtesy, he was mean. He shouldn't be in customer service. They didn't put the lemon pepper on my food like I asked. Horrible experience that time. It was enough for me not to return again.

2 years agoThey know their way around a cat fish. Fantastic prep. Even bread at the bottom to help absorb the moisture so the delivery didn’t come terrible. I see complaints about service- it’s a window fried food shop, order fast and get out the way it’s a different environment you have to know where you’re at.

3 years agoI ordered a Philly chicken sandwich only cheese, grilled onions and mayonnaise... The bag was so light in weight that I checked my order before I drove away. Somebody come look at how skimpy this sandwich is (pics posted). They barely put any chicken on it. I took it back in the restaurant to ask is this what I paid $9.91 for? The cashier looked as surprised and looked at the cook... I left because I rather do my review to warn others... It's ridiculous, never again will I pay for another sandwich from them. Stingy with the meat for the prices they charge. Smh you have been warned. And fries doesn't even come with the sandwich...
